Sorry I’m running a little late. It was my 50th birthday today so I was out and running around. I’m a little stunned at being half a century old….
This is still These Haunted Hills. Josh and Brendan have parted ways and Josh is calling Cassia, his friend and ghost hunting partner.
“Is it really him?” she asked before he even got the chance to say hello.
“It is! Oh my god, Cass, it was all I could do to keep from jumping around like a little kid and falling in the creek.”
“What’s he like? Can I meet him?”
“He’s quiet, a little sad actually.” Joshua paused, yes sad was right. Sad mixed with a hint of desperate but he didn’t want to think about that.
If you’d like to play along, Rainbow Snippets is a Facebook community where we post up 6 sentences of one of our LGBT stories every Saturday. It’s been fun and you can find it here. Be sure to check out all the offers! It’s been a great supportive group!
I definitely want to hear more about Brendan….

That’s got to be so strange, to meet one of your heroes. I can’t decide whether I’d be more gutted to find they were sad, or nothing at all like I imagined. (sorry this is late – and also, belated Happy Birthday!)
