I’m back home with the parents for a while for the summer and all the rest spinning around me is too depressing to deal with so I’ll just set it aside for now.
I’ll be continuing with These Haunted Hills Brendan has joined Josh at a wine bar for one of the steampunk meetings. I’ve skipped the introductions part and this takes place right after.
Exactly what does an airship do? I mean is it just for fun or do all your jobs have something to go with them?” Brendan asked.
“We’re writing up adventures for ourselves and doing a podcast,” Cassia said. “It’s a lot of fun. We only have three of them up so far but we have plans to do more.”
“Cassia does a lot of writing, or did but she doesn’t have the time she used to with her residency,” Emily said.
“I’ll have to have a listen,” Brendan said and Cassia flushed.
“Oh, it’s probably not very good,” she mumbled.
“Let me be the judge. So long as you’re having fun, that’s what counts.” Brendan reached for the wine menu.
